Boundless training – a unique concept
“Gränslös Utbildning” – the Boundless Training project – provides all companies, established companies as well as new arrivals, with an opportunity to customise their recruitment training programmes. This applies to the training of whole departments as well as to individual employees, building on the individual’s existing knowledge base. Training can be provided in-house or in other suitable premises, or both. The next section includes testimonials from some of our clients. The flexibility of the “Gränslös Utbildning” programme creates excellent opportunities for all companies and organisations to improve their competitiveness and efficiency. The objective is to ensure that the individuals who take part in training programmes are subsequently offered employment with client companies. These training programmes can be arranged in any of the local municipalities within the region.
