Owner	Swedish Fortification Agency
Location	The County of Jämtland (In the Middle of Sweden). 496 km north of Stockholm. 25 minutes to nearest city (by car or train). 50 minutes flight to Stockholm from nearest city. Near a small village with a standard range of small services.
Site Characteristics	Ultra secure underground facility of 10.000 + square meter (former military defense facility), extremely well protected, several large hallways suitable for server rooms. Good transportation and infrastructure within the protected area.
Climate	Average temperature per year +1,7 °C. Average number of days per year with max temperature >25°C 1-5 days.
Power	Today: Power cables of 20kV. Increase of capacity are planned in conjunction with the local power company.
Connectivity	Redundant dark fiber in connected to the site border.
Cooling	Cool climate creates good conditions for free cooling. Water supplied from the Municipality waterline.
Incentives	The facility is located in support area A, the highest incentive level in Sweden with a possibility for investment grant up to 35 %
