Site Characteristics	Former Airforce base , now zoned for industrial use. The total area is 70 hectares. There are for example 2 hangers available, 8000 m2 each with only a short distance apart and with possibilities for expansion. There are several other buildings available, in sizes 500 – 2000 m2 each.
Climate	Average temperature per year +3,7 °C. Average number of days per year with max temperature >25°C 2,3 days
Power	Today: Load to site 10 MW, 22 kV 20 MW within 3 months from order Up to 70 MW within 18 months from order. A substation and a new 145 KV power line will be built
Connectivity	Redundant dark fiber is on the site border. Fiber providers are TeliaSonera, Norrsken,Trafikverket and TDC
Cooling	Free cooling, Water supplied from the Municipality waterline, Geothermal cooling.The distance to the lake Storsjön is approx 1000 meters.
Incentives	Östersund is located in support area A, the highest incentive level in Sweden with a possibility for investment grant up to 35 %
